What if Kami was a woman?
Gackt sat rubbing Kami’s back trying to calm her down. She was breathing heavily and tears where streaming down her face.
“Kami, relax and breathe, they will be here soon” Gackt said beginning to worry
“Gackt, it hurts! Make it stop!” Kami begged
“I wish I could Kamifly” he said squeezing Kami’s hand. Just then the doorbell rang. “I will be right back, just relax” Gackt said running to the door. “Great, you’re here, she isn’t coping well, please help her” he begged as the two midwifes stepped through the door and went to Kami’s bedroom.
Kami and Gackt had met years back in school, Kami had fallen in love with Gackt instantly, she loved his long light brown hair, she had never seen the colour look so natural on any other Japanese boy. They had made friends and when Kami thought she knew Gackt well enough she began to flirt with him, to her surprise Gackt flirted back.
Kami didn’t usually flirt first but she loved Gackt and didn’t want to loose out to anyone else. Gackt asked Kami out a few months later and Kami agreed. They stayed together for years before Gackt bought Kami the diamond engagement ring she hinted that she liked. Kami accepted when Gackt asked and soon they got married.
Their wedding day was perfect Gackt wore a black suit with gold detail. Kami wore a lovely floor length belled white wedding dress with lilac decoration. Her long red hair was up in a high pony tail with a silver tiara placed elegantly on top of her head. The veil trailed over the floor and made the children there shout out that Kami was a princess. Gackt smiled; to him Kami was a princess. They said their vows; exchanged rings and got caught up in a long passionate kiss, they then walked down the isle and into one of the side rooms; Gackt had arranged a surprise for Kami and knew that everyone would be outside before they got out. Gackt and Kami signed their marriage certificate and made sure everything was sorted before Gackt lead Kami outside. Everyone cheered and threw confetti as they came out and when they had got to the end of the steps hundreds of butterflies got released in front of them, they flew around and a few landed on Kami. People took photos before they flew off and Kami and Gackt got into their car to go to their party.
“That was such a lovely surprise” Kami smiled “Those butterflies where gorgeous”
Gackt smiled too “I’m glad you liked them, I wanted this day to be very special for you”
“It was the perfect day” Kami said kissing Gackt “I love you”
“I love you too” Gackt said wrapping his arms around Kami.
The party was at the hotel Kami and Gackt where staying at. Everyone showed up
and Kami and Gackt thanked everyone for their presents and for coming and the party carried on long into the night. By the time everyone left Kami and Gackt where exhausted. They went up to their room and collapsed side by side on the bed. Gackt undressed Kami and Kami returned the favor before they fell asleep, Kami in Gackt’s arms.
The day after they wandered about looking around and sat on the beach for a while before having a romantic meal together. Gackt carried Kami over the threshold and placed her on the bed before kissing her neck over and over. Kami giggled as Gackt began to slowly undress her marking his way with kisses. Kami sighed with happiness as Gackt began to massage her. She undressed Gackt and began to tease him. They got lost in their moment and soon both cried out in pleasure as they reached their peak.
A few months later Kami was sat on the bed in their new house, she didn’t seem herself.
“Kami, are you OK?” Gackt said kneeling besides her
“Gackt, I think I’m pregnant” Kami said looking to Gackt for a reaction
“Really? Great!” Gackt smiled
“I don’t know properly yet, but all the signs are there” Kami said holding Gackt’s hand
“You haven’t done a test yet?” Gackt asked confused
“No, I wanted to tell you first so we could see together” she said “I have one in my bag” and with that she went and did the test.
She came out with a sad look on her face looking down at the floor.
“Oh, Kami, don’t worry, we can always try for another” Gackt said standing up to go and comfort her.
“I am pregnant!” Kami shouted with glee
“You are so cheeky” Gackt grinned
“You know you love it” Kami said kissing Gackt, wrapping her arms lovingly around him, tears of joy forming in her eyes.
They spent the next few months preparing for their new family member to arrive; they bought neutral colours because they wanted the gender to be a surprise. They made a nursery, bought lots of clothes and teddies, bottles, nappies, a pram and a Moses basket.
“Gackt, I don’t feel well” Kami said in the middle of the night holding her stomach
“What’s wrong?” Gackt asked turning on the light
“My stomach really hurts” Kami said “I- I think the baby’s coming”
Gackt phoned the midwives and comforted Kami before they arrived.
“Ok, Kami, when you’re ready I want you to push” said one of them
Kami pushed before throwing her head back breathing quickly and squeezing Gackt’s hand.
“And again” said the midwife
Kami protested but Gackt reassured her and she did, this time crying out in pain.
“Gackt, I can’t do this” she cried
“Kami, once more and we will have a beautiful child” Gackt urged Kami, she pushed once more and finally a babies cries where heard.
“It’s a girl!” the midwife cried cleaning her up and placing her on Kami’s chest
“She’s beautiful” Kami said “What should we call her?” she said looking up at Gackt
“I like the name Yi-Che” Gackt smiled kissing Kami and sitting down next to her “Well done, you did a great job, now get some rest”
Kami smiled as she watched Yi-Che suck on her thumb and yawn, they both loved her as soon as she saw her, their new little princess.
